Nyande has simple but comfortable over water bungalow accommodation.Located in Raja Ampat Papua Indonesia (the last paradise) on the northern shore of the island of Mansuar in the Dampier Strait.
We are offering solar powered water bungalow accommodation and providing snorkelling activities along with tours to other islands and places of interest.
Situated on an a long empty beach and being solar powered we aim to offer complete peace and relaxation, and we are blessed with both stunning sunrises and sunsets !
Nyande has a great house reef and excellent snorkelling can be had right off the end of our jetty. Sharks, turtles, and bump heads are daily visitors together with the reef fish and corals, whales dolphins and manta’s often cruise past
Nyande has a jetty to the house reef with a unique circular design around a small mangrove.
Great views of sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed from the jetty.
Easy access for snorkelling and swimming, and its a great place for
an evening with a
beer whilst watching
the phosphorescence
in the water around the jetty
Amazing wildlife can be seen in the jungle behind the guest house or on a hike around the island, including Cuscus, Flying Squirrels and wild pigs. Cockatoos, giant hornbills, fish eagles, numerous parrots. On the water king fishers and herons.
